You may have heard of massage for the body, but what about a restorative touch for your energy? Welcome to the world of Reiki, a gentle yet powerful practice that promotes deep relaxation, reduces stress, and supports your body’s natural ability to heal.

What does a Reiki Session feel like
Think of your body as having its own subtle energy field, a life force that flows through and around you. In Japanese, this is called Ki. When we are healthy and balanced, this energy flows freely. However, daily stress, illness, emotional turmoil, or injury can cause this flow to become blocked or weak, leaving us feeling drained, anxious, or in pain.

Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key) is a Japanese healing art that translates to "Universal Life Energy." As a trained Reiki practitioner, I act as a gentle channel for this positive energy. By placing my hands lightly on or just above your body, I can direct this energy to you, helping to clear blockages and restore balance to your mind, body, and spirit. It’s a simple, non-invasive method that works to bring you back to a state of wholeness.
What does a Reiki Session feel like?

You will rest comfortably and fully clothed on the massage table, covered with a soft blanket. I will gently place my hands in a series of positions on or slightly above your body, from your head to your feet. There is no muscle manipulation. The focus is on stillness and allowing the energy to flow where it is needed most.​ Clients often describe the sensation of Reiki as a gentle, soothing warmth, a subtle tingling, or simply a feeling of profound peace and safety. Many people enter a deep, meditative state and emerge feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply rested.
